MAIN FUNCTIONS

Adopts Independent Central Control Computer (with mouse and keyboard) to match with the PLC and touch screen of each unit for automatic control.

All operation functions realize automatic adjustment of data input or order management. The operation is simple and convenient, fast change order, and available to connect with ERP system.

All Electrical Components are using international first-class brand, stable and durable. The main control electrical box is equipped with industrial constant temperature air-conditioner, and each unit electric box is equipped with dust-proof and heat-dissipating devices to ensure stable and reliable control and operation performance.

The whole machine equipped with Oil Balance System and Automatic Lubrication System.

All main transmission gears are made of special imported materials, carburized, quenched, and precision ground, durable and reliable.

Feeding Unit adopts Servo Control Non-crush Feeding System, widely application.

Printing Unit adopts roll to rall guide transfer, Bottom Printing,and standard equipped with Doctor Blade System.

Slotting Unit adopts an eight-axis design, and pre-pressing-large and small press lines-single-axis double knives or pre-pressing-pressing-double-axis double knives are available.

Surveillance system is equipped in each Printing Unit, which is available to checking the cardboard transmission situation in real time.

Can match with Automatic pre-feeder to increase the production capacity and reduce the labor intensity.
